Under 50 students, Skolnav is free. From 50 students you pay SEK 9 per student per month – and the first 2 months are free.

Pricing questions
How are students counted?
We count the students enrolled when the yearly invoice is issued. If the school grows during the year, it is adjusted on the next invoice.
What happens when we pass 50 students?
You move to the School plan and pay for all students, SEK 9 per student per month. We will contact you before anything changes.
How does the free pilot work?
You use Skolnav fully for 2 months at no cost. After that, you decide whether to continue.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. With 25% Swedish VAT it is SEK 11.25 per student per month.
Can we run Skolnav on our own domain?
Yes. On the School plan, Skolnav can run on your own address, for example portal.yourschool.se. On Free you get an address under skolnav.com.
Will you help us move our data?
Yes. We import your existing student and class lists when you start.
